While I may be an "in-network" provider for many insurance carriers such as Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, UnitedHealthCare, Optum, Evernorth, Community Health Choice (CHC), Magellan, Medicaid, Medicare, Superior, TriCare, and others, the client is responsible for checking with their insurance company and determining eligibility, including rates, number of sessions and/or prior approval requirements, if any.
